My apology to the Horde (8.2.5 spoilers)

When are WE gonna get an inappropriate dev self insert dating one of our female leaders?

Back seat has snacks and I can take a nap for the whole road trip.

They are, though. Why perpetuate the same flawed system rather than changing it?

How about you say what you mean instead of inferring? I personally don’t give a rat’s butt what Blizzard writes anymore because it’s god awful. Now people want the inverse which will cause the same problems? Instead of you know just, writing a story that focuses evenly on both?

Nah dude me saying that must make me a CRAZY PERSON!! Or better yet, a bad actor.

There are two sides in this game. If one is getting the focus, the other isn’t.

The Alliance is only allowed to either die or be uncredited extras in whatever the next Horde drama is, thats the rule

Its Enekie orc hate train time again. CHOO CHOO!
Am I literally complicit for fictional genocide?
Do I punch babies IRL because I play a fictional green character?

I’d actually prefer taking the backseat for an expansion or two. The storylines I’m forced to partake in are sometimes too goofy (BFA) and I like not having to ignore the lore.

the lore hole is safe…

Alternatively, Blizzard could be hounded to make an effort for both sides.

Okay but it’s Blizzard. You yourself know that Enekie-style ranting doesn’t fix anything in her direction. Why would ranting about equal efforts be any more productive?

I’m going to start a twitter campaign to get Draenei into the spot light next expansion

ideally blizzard puts focus on both sides because it will suck just as much for horde players to have the opposite problem

if blizzard is incapable of it i’d like alliance to get focus and i’d like to skinny dip in the lore hole for a bit

Too busy telling us we’re wrong and that the storytelling is morally gray.

I don’t see anything wrong with this. Neither should anyone else.

People griping over one faction getting attention over the other though have legitimate complaints. Wanting the inverse to “make up” for what’s happened over the years will not solve anything.

We already had the “spotlight” according to many Horde players. Argus and the Burning Legion stuff counted as draenei stuff, so draenei players are supposed to be satisfied for 7 or 8 more years.

I dunno how much there even are two sides anymore, is the thing. The game is so heavily weighted toward players playing both factions now that I was genuinely baffled by the sheer absurdity when they announced a faction war expansion, long before they revealed how incredibly bad and dumb it would be.

I have the same problem with “both sides” takes as with “Alliance vs. Horde players” takes. We are talking about the same group of people. Leaving aside how an eye for an eye approach to fixing the story would only be perpetuating the same cycle, these are two eyes in the same face here.

Okay never mind. Worgen? Should we go worgen?

Have you never seen people argue about Legion being “the Alliance expansion” because Genn was featured in a zone, and the neutral heroes were from Alliance races?

No, Greyah. We need to give the 1 group who needs more spotlight some time!

Humans, Nelves hogged too much of it in BfA!
