I use the word “unique” because typically on a “pure” gaming PC the GPU takes up the majority of the budget. If you are looking at a more “balanced gaming PC” than the CPU budget will approach the GPU budget. Using your most recent part pick list prior to your current changes, you had the case, SSD, and mobo budget all approaching or passing the GPU budget so I used the word “unique” as the parts would all work and all good parts but rather unique and costly.
I personally don’t like creating part lists for people because you are creating my PC (or someone else’s) and not your PC. I would rather help you understand what all those parts do and their respective worth rather than just cherry pick my favorite brands or whatever some poster currently has in their PC to justify their own part selection.
Remember the mantra, there are no bad PC parts (for the most part) just bad PC part prices and you want to avoid the latter. I would say hold off buying anything right now as most of the PC parts are over priced. Check out tom’s hardware CPU and GPU hierarchy lists to better understand the difference in performance. Check out logical increments for all their various price point builds. Check out techpowerup reviews as they often compare current parts to previous generation parts.
Now if your PC was my build I would do the following but that is me and you can obviously choose one part, some parts, none of the parts or anything in-between for your build;
CPU - Ryzen 3600 for $200 on amazon. In real life you won’t notice any difference between this CPU and any of the CPUs mentioned but the money saved can go towards the Ryzen 5600x when it becomes available or goes on sale when the 6600x gets released.
AiO - its fine if you want an AiO, the ryzen 3600 comes with its own HSF but if you want something better for around $40-50 you can get the Pure Rock 2, Scythe Fuma 2 or something similar that will cool just as well as that AiO but cost less.
mobo- it’s a fine enthusiast mobo, if you don’t plan to use all the features and/or OC you can probably getting something that will work just as well for you around $110-140 depending on what features you would like to cut
ram - fine
SSD - the 2.5 SATA is good, you can go with the crucial MX500 if you want to save $5. the NVMe is also good but you can go with the WD SN550 and save $20-30 and not see a real world difference.
case - fine case but large and pricey. If I wanted to go full tower I would personally get a Phanteks Enthoo Pro Tempered Glass for $110 on amazon. Used the saved money on getting whatever fans you like, for me personally I like the noctua redux fans for case fans.
PSU - it’s a fine PSU with the MiR. For $95 out the door you can also get the super flower leadex III 650w gold PSU for a bit more power down the road if ever needed and slightly better internal parts.
OD - it’s fine if still needed
GPU - I left this for last. Currently, there is literally nothing out there I would spend my money on as everything is over priced by 30% and often more. Cards that should be $150 or going for $220. $220 MSRP cards are going for $320. If I had to bite the bullet and get a video card I would scour open box and used market for something like the GTX 1650 (deal with the performance as its capable to at least play WoW at level 7 1080p) and used the saved money from above to get a new card when prices and supply adjust back to reality.
