My alt has never done anything in BFA - Can they get to Zandalzar?

I want to try to get the llama mount, and I’m sending alts over. But some of them have never done anything in BFA - is the ship the only way to get over there?

I’m aware a Lock can summon me but that’s probably not an option. Anything else?

There are portals from previous M+ seasons to Zandalar. Zandalari trolls spawn there and have a hearth there, Horde mages can get a portal there I believe. You can also sneak onto a boat in the Echo Isles if all else fails.

I make most of my alts engineers. Wormhole toy only needs 1 skill.

You have to do the war campaign to unlock the boat to travel, unless you can get a warlock to summon. Wormhole Gen is nice too. I am also an ENG.

Which is what? Can I kick it out in 5 mins or is this more involved?

You don’t even have to complete it, just to the point you get to choose which horde zone you want to go to and pick Vol’dun. 10-15 minutes?

I checked for that on a toon that hadn’t done BfA yesterday, and there was no portal.

Jump on the boat in Iskaara or whatever the village is in Azure Span (DF) and ride it until it spits you out in Voldun and walk from there. Probably the least efficient way of getting there but you don’t have to think.

Yep, at Iskaara. The loop is Dragon Isles (Azure Span) → Northrend (Zul’Drak) → Broken Isles (Azsuna) → Kul Tiras (Drustvar) → Vash’jir (around the Shimmering Expanse) → Zandalar (Vol’dun) → Pandaria (Kun-Lai Summit) → Kalimdor (Azshara) → back to Iskaara. Wherever you need to get to, it’ll get you there.

I mean 30 minutes at the absolute worst. Hard to say since I did it all when it was current and maxxed it out.

Mage portal would be fastest.

I started the borealus chain After using the portal, I think the only stipulation was my alts had been. Love the tip about the iskarra boat, but I feel it is unnecessary .

You can probably teleport to mechagnome island as well, behind the embassy.
