Not necessarily. I look at public orders and do rank five with my concentration if the mats are provided. There are plenty of people casually filling wheels that don’t do trade chat hustling.
I have a number of folks that will do rank 5 crafts far cheaper than the big guns on our server cluster. Just took some time during DL to chat up people responding to looking for craft messages and stay connected to them.
