My Alliance Character has no way of Unlocking N'Zoth Assaults or starting the Legendary Quest line because I accidently abandoned the quest "An unwelcome Advisor"

I had just returned to the game and had accidently deleted the quest “An Unwelcome Advisor” which is the beginning quest the Alliance start for the Black Empire campaign. I have tried completely relogging in and out to see if the quest will auto accept for me but I have no Luck. I tried talking to Anduin in stormwind but he is not there, Only Turalyon is on his Throne. I have also tried checking the Adventurer’s Journal but nothing is there for me to start the quest.

Here are the Methods I have tried in order to get the quest to pop back up:

-I have tried continuously Logging in and out Again.

-My friend made a level 1 character, Invited me and we had used party sync to see if the quest would pop back up and nothing has happened.

-I have contacted Blizzard to see if they can restore this quest and I waited 8 hours and got an automated reply saying they cannot help me…

-I have submitted another ticket but I am put in a 4 day wait time…

-I have read the guides on WoWhead cannot find a fix.

I am currently stuck with no way to start the Legendary Cloak questline and I do not know what to do to receive the quest back. I know most of you are going to say “Just wait until Shadowlands releases because the gear is better” but I really wanted to see do the questline involving Wraithion.

I have been endlessly trying to search for a fix to this issue and I don’t know what else to do. Is there anyone out there or reading this that has had this issue and found a resolve for it?

Did you try going to silithus and seeing if magni has anything for you?

Type the following into your chatbox:
/script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(58496)) hit Enter, then type
/script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(58592)) and hit Enter again

They should both return a “False” since you never started the quest. If either of them returns a “True” then you’re probably bugged and need a GM to fix it (and good luck with that).

Other than that, I’d check to make sure you’ve completed all the pre-requisite steps required for access to the quest. As for Turalyon being on the throne instead of Anduin, I think that’s related to the Alliance quest for Darkshore warfront, so abandoning whatever quest that is, should phase you back to Anduin on the throne.

A few months ago, something similar happened to my Alliance druid. My daughter suggested doing what Zerick mentioned and I was able to continue with the quest. I hope one of the suggestions mentioned helps you.

Yhea, I had check the chamber of the Heart and thing popped up.
