After the expansion and on patch days it is inevitable that my UI defaults back to weirdness. This is getting tiresome having to fix it every other day.
Correction, every time I reload or log in my bars are changing positions and putting odd buttons in place. Some buttons are unclickable. I have no addons loading and the issue repeats 100 percent.

I’ve been dealing with this exact same thing. My MultiActionBar3 keeps moving into the top left or just above where I have it anchored.
Opening edit mode and closing it, fixes the issue. Makes it none the less aggravating.

I am having the same problem since the 20 year celebration patch. Some of the action bars, the player frame, pet frame, target frame and focus frame all keep moving to the top. They are hooked together and I have used this layout since the new UI stuff was added. Every time I log in it moves them up to the top and I can fix it just by opening and closing edit mode and they go where they should be. I did play around and move them so that they weren’t all touching center set of action bars. Thing is I don’t like that look with the gaps I had to put in to make it work. I am going to include the code of my layout that I have used forever for tech to see if they can fix whatever was broken in this patch.
This my layout that is having the issue.

Yes, I discovered this after fixing it multiple times. It is a temp fix.
I fixed it by going into edit mode and doing the following to “refresh” the saved layout profiles:
- load a default profile like modern(preset)
- reload my custom profile
- select my action bar that ends up having issues
- disable snapping
- move it a hair
- save the profile
- enable snapping
- then move it back to where I normally have it
- save the profile
Haven’t had a problem since.

I have tried that fix and other, its doesn’t work for me, it just reverts back to the same issue. Completely deleted my ui set up and created it from scratch and still has the same issue. Blizzard really needs to fix it.
