MW Chi Harmony talent questions

I have a few questions about the Chi Harmony talent (+50% healing for 8s after casting renew on a target).

1. Does it also apply to RM applications from Rapid Diffusion?
2. Does it apply to RM applications from Dancing Mists?
3. Does Rising Mist affect the 8s duration window?

You can check too by the Icons, if the Renewing Mist Icon has sparkles then the buff is active. There is a slight difference in Icon appearance when Chi Harmony is active.

Oooooh thats what it means. I have been thinking its some glitch this whole time with the two different icons…
