MW Build Advice and Help needed

I need help with 2 different builds and trying to find the answer on reddit/yt is mostly outdated stuff or things I am not doing. I am still running the Celestial build from early in the expansion, however I have seen people have switched over to Harmony more so. I feel like I am missing something and trying to figure out if its focused on a FW or CW builds.

  1. I need a build for raids (my coworker asked me to fill in as heals for them since it has kept them from progressing)
  2. I need a build for BGB/EBGs (I am a glutton for punishment and still play the PvP scene casually.)

Run the hybrid build for this one, it’s really good.
