MVP has three 25-man raids and eight 10-man raids scheduled in anticipation for the Jan 19 release of Ulduar. We’re an Immortal/Undying guild with intention to progress Hardmodes. We have semi-hardcore & casual raid teams.
Raid Schedule
Our 25-player raid times are:
Tues/Weds 8-11PM EST
Tues/Weds 930PM-1230AM EST
Thurs/Fri 930PM-1230AM EST
Our 10-player are all on Sunday ranging between 6PM and 8PM start times. We have eight 10-player raids available to join.
Raid Rules
We utilize RC Loot Council Classic addon among our three 25-player raids. This allows for a unified loot history among all three, which allows for flexibility if raiders need to be moved around due to schedule changes. With our Loot Council, we utilize Role Leaders for Physical, Caster, Tank, and Heal. For our 10-player raids, we use BIS>MS>OS+1 utilizing Gargul addon.

About MVP:
We are the largest and most active raiding guild on Maladath’s Horde. We’ve had that title since early in phase 1. We’ve taken in numerous guilds looking for assistance in raiding and made sure they had a place to raid. Guilds like Overlord, Toshiba, Asylum, BOOMER HANDS, When Cows Attack, Last Light, and Feelin Kinda Hordy. While these guilds and most others fell hard due to attrition issues with the release of Dragonflight as well as the holiday season, MVP was prepared and we never missed a single raid for our three 25-player raid teams and seven 10-player teams.
As we move into Ulduar raiding with over 100 raid-ready 80s, we are looking for raiders who are committed to playing for the whole expansion in Maladath’s most organized and active raiding guild.
What you can expect from us:
- We have the best organization for raids around. Visit here: i.imgur .com/kmfXe8d.png for an example of our 25-player raid teams. Visit here: i.imgur .com/6MMyuoJ.png for an example of our 10-player raid teams. This is simply due to the amount of raid teams we have and the necessity to have established schedules for everyone. We also record everyone’s raid times so that we can make sure everyone is in the best spot for them to raid that also closely matches what their personal raid goals are. Visit here: i.imgur .com/GwfgU7v.png to see. Our powerful roster sheet is automated with formulas and scripts to help assist in making a very organized spreadsheet that is always up-to-date.
- Our guild bank is lucrative and is easily the most well-funded on the server. We keep it stocked with gems, flasks, pots, feasts, enchant materials, etc. For our Veteran Raiders, they have the capability to receive free flasks (see here: i.imgur .com/BOrBt53.png) each raiding day, as well as guild repairs. We have almost 1000 Abyss Crystals and enchant our raiders who receive their best-in-slot chest and weapon equipment for free.
- Unified and dependable leadership allow for us to quickly discuss and resolve any matters and share them with the guild. We are vocal with any changes that might be implemented, and we make sure that all leadership has had a chance to discuss on the matters. We work together to resolve any issues with missing players to quickly ensure that standby raiders keep the raid at full capacity, which will be very important for Ulduar progression. Role leaders ensure that the voice of raiders and their concerns for loot are heard and the Raid Leader ensures the loot council is being performed fairly and efficiently. Raid Leaders coordinate with Officers to find and replace raiders as well as handle any issues that exist outside of the raid environment.
- Along with great communication between leaders, you can expect great communication from leaders. You will never be in the dark on what’s happening due to our master sheet, and if any changes are to occur, we will reach out to everyone individually to ensure they are kept up-to-date with any schedule changes.
- With our raids, you can expect that our raid leaders will begin preparing the raid team 15 minutes prior to raid start time, raids will start exactly on time, and will end on time. It is very important to structure a reliable schedule that our raiders can depend on. Our raid leaders will come prepared with the knowledge required to ensure that the raid time is being utilized efficiently for a smooth execution of the raid week.
- Our 10s will be pushing hardmodes early since they aren’t too difficult on the 10s difficulty. They also reward better ilvl gear than normal 25s. It’ll be awhile before hardmode 25s can be progressed with ideal comps, but our intention is to start that progress by week 3 of raiding.
What we expect from you:
Visit here for our raid rules: docs.google .com/spreadsheets/d/17wlIzy_jySpIdVeNqd4eJiGQFzJHFe6HMUjtFCVcjwg/edit?usp=sharing In short, we expect our players to have a great attitude, willingness to improve, capability to have a great attendance record if they want to commit to a raid team, and communicate any issues such as being late in a timely manner. You must also be willing to download the required addons, especially RC Loot Council Classic so you can roll on items.
