(scratches head) that is a bit of a double standard. The dark iron dwarves were given orders NOT to attack civilians in BoD, and they disregarded that and attacked them anyways for the lulz.

War is all fun and games until you send Old God armies to kill civilians and shopkeepers. This is the kind of war crime that the Alliance finds unacceptable and punishes right?

Anduin said he didn’t want any civilian casualties, but then he immediately sent an army of molten giants to purge the civilian districts? Good thing the Alliance faked an invasion from the north too, to really maximize civilian casualties as the evacuation funneled them all south to the docks.

Those fire elementals were clearly breaking orders. They obviously deserve to be locked up in the Stockades with the other fire elementals being held in there.
