I cannot handle the sounds of someone drinking liquids and I would like to mute it in-game. Is there a command or addon that would remove this sound? Thank-you.

Could also see if it’s part of Leatrix Plus.
You can edit Leatrix if it isn’t. Before we got our broom mount I got by with my X-53 rocket with the sound removed. It shares a skeleton and movement with the broom.

I’d change the addon I’d linked above to Leatrix Plus, its a wonderful addon with a ton of great options, all of which can be toggled on or off as desired, and it does include a custom sound muter as well as some common annoying sounds (with a field to play the ID to confirm it is what you want to block as well):

Also mentioned in Leatrix Plus is its addon Leatrix Sounds, which can be used to search specifically for any specific sound you may want to block (for instance if there is more than one drinking sound for the OP)
