Mute World Quest POW Sound

Do you enjoy herbing or mining? Wouldn’t it be nice to fly past a world quest without a big KAPOW shotgun sound happening when the quest appears in the center of your screen, and migrates over to your tracker?

You’re in luck! With Leatrix Plus or Mutesoundfile addons, you can mute specific in-game sounds.

The sound ID for this particular nuisance is 1489473

Saying it sounds like a shotgun is a bit of an exaggeration.

I do this with crafting noises. Nothing more annoying than the jewelcrafting ding when you’re prospecting 10000+ ore.

Everyone experiences sound differently. The in-game guns have a very similar sound.
