I did my Heroic dungeon in Shadow labs Heroic for my Attunement quest for TK. When I got to the last boss and we killed them, me and 2 others in my party could not loot the essence because it did not drop. We could loot the badge off him as that and a spirit shard were the only things dropped. It’s not in my bag and it is not in my bank. I already put a ticket in with a GM and they said to make a bug report they couldn’t do anything.
