You could’ve used the time you spent making this thread to find a group where the vendor is up on the group finder.

This is like getting all the ingredients for a crafting recipe and then finding out you are short X material and it’s been staring you in the face the whole time…

I did that too OP. Difference is when I found out what I did wrong, I went about my business instead of coming to whine on the forums.

I sat for a hour watching tv and he spawned. meh.
I server hopped groups for 5 min and found it. Not hard.
