There’s absolutely no reason why Pandaran can’t have bootsies if Tauren, Draenei, Worgen and even Trolls wear bootsies.

I hate shoes, I don’t think I have any characters that wear shoes. They just look so bad to me in game.
This is not fair at all. Pandaren get the rare ultra collectible outfit with sandals and nobody else does.
