Since last night, lots of players in the zone of The Cape of Stranglethorn have been reporting excessive lag doing several actions in game. To give an example for me particularly, retrieving 60 items from the mailbox takes over 10 minutes, when it previously took less than 1 minute. Moving out of the zone, the issues would stop.
I just experienced this during the fishing tournament. It was an unplayable lag fest. I’m very glad I haven’t pre-ordered shadowlands.
Korrak’s Revenge was also terrible. Every game except for 1 was an absolute lagfest.
Issue is still ongoing. Anything done in the zone feels really sluggish and goes slowly.

Seems that after the Nov. 10 maintenance the lag issues in the zone are no longer present.
Just adding to this, bad lag in Northern Stranglethorn as well. Experienced it yesterday (Sunday) and am experiencing it today also.
I’ve noticed it on all of my characters running ZG. Stormrage and A52, so same CRZ, if that’s the cause.
