Is it weird to already have a level 70 resto druid and to be contemplating leveling another one to 70 for the Horde?
no, its actually par for the course for many of us. I say why only 2?
I have 4, though not sure sure the other 3 will make it to level cap this expansion.
I have 3. A strictly Feral (this guy)
A balance/Resto
Another Feral/Guardian
Only having one is blasphemous
It’s far less required now to have multiple Druids due to gear and talents being so easily swapped. But yes, most Druids who love the class have multiple.
I had 5 at one point.
Now I just keep 2.
I had one of each race leveled up at the end of BFA. End of Shadowlands that reduced to just 2 reaching max level. Now I’ve just got the one.
yeah, I had 3 in SL because of convenants. One for feral pvp, one for bear, and one for Resto. Once they introduced easy convenant swapping, I went down to 2, Feral pvp and Guardian/Resto.
Nope!
I’ve seen players with multiple druids. Some are dedicated farmers. If you love the class, then play it.
I just dont see any point in doing multiple of the same class.
Some times it’s just easier
I just dont see how that would be easier. You would be taking significantly more time in general to lvl the regear a whole different character.
Well a few expansions back, gear didn’t swap so easily. And in SL if you wanted different covenants you almost needed a second character.
And honestly, leveling takes next to no time any more. So that’s not much of a concern.
I know it seems counterintuitive to make multiple characters of the same class… but it was just easier lol
Im specifically meaning right now with the comments, not expansions back.
Drunk alt runs.
That was half the fun.
Some of the most fun I had raiding wasn’t on my main. It was on my undergeared alt resto druid. You couldn’t just cheese mechanics or out gear things. It was a challenge again.
Fair nuff. Lvling was never something i enjoyed, only time i did somewhat enjoy it was lvling this character. Which was mainly because me and a buddy did dumb war mode pvp around booty bay for a while.
For me, it was because of how differently caster and melee geared in the past. Add in spec changing costs and it made a lot more sense to the have one of each.
I keep my second one around as that one is setup to do mining/herbing. I play my old caster as a very sedate, not worried about dungeons, way to relax.
I have other druids, but they exist because I want to mess around with leveling and see how things have changed over time. Sometimes it is fun and other times they do not make it past the teens.
Theres also that achievement, Double agent or w/e. Level a character on both horde and alliance.
I made a boomkin named Ticalmeowlmo
Gotta also have a worgen druid for skinning.
And Tauren for Herb
