Multiple CD Macro Skipping CDs

I am using the following macro on my Frost spec (DK) for my big damage dealing cooldowns.

#showtooltip Breath of Sindragosa
/use 13
/cast Blood Fury
/cast Empower Rune Weapon
/cast Breath of Sindragosa

None of the CDs in this list are on the global. ~50% of the time, one or more of the spells in this list gets skipped, or even worse, the Breath is used and instantly cancelled. What could be causing this? I’ve logged my keypresses to see if multiple presses are going off (I’m using a mouse button) and that’s not the case. I’ve also tried working in /stopcasting at the beginning, end, and in between to see if its a queueing problem. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I solve it?

Breath of Sindragosa is a channeled spell, correct? Maybe try this in case server load or other issues is causing a double activation

There other possibility is that you’re trying to activate the macro more often than once every 2 min. Everything but ERW has a 2 min CD and ERW has a 1 min CD. In which case you could end up “skipping” because some stuff was on CD

Empower Rune Weapon is on the GCD so it could potentially run into conflicts with your trinket (some of them are weird).
But the biggest issue is it sounds like you don’t have secureAbilityToggle enabled which is why BoS is being toggled off at times.

Thanks for the secure ability toggle suggestion - I haven’t been able to get the breath to instantly cancel since setting it. I noticed moving ERW to the top of the macro seems to help but my sample sizes are only in the 40s so barely enough to be statistically relevant. Btw, ERW is also a 2min CD.
Also, the trinket in slot 13 is Jes’ Howler if that helps. Not on the GCD.
