If you “multicraft” an item while crafting, the new prof achievements count the craft as only one.
The crafting achievements aren’t counting the items you craft. They are counting the cast times. So it would make sense.
It does say “craft 100 items,” though. The achievements are inconsistent in other ways, as I reported last week, so might as well report it and let them sort out the bug/features.
