Hey everyone, So lately I’ve been trying to go to the Location Kala’s Den located in bastion in order to farm Desolate Leather, Heavy Desolate Leather, Callous Hide, and Heavy Callous Hide. But every time I go there, there’s always a 2 druids on horde there belonging to one person and they’re using a macro to farm their Astral Power, then spam Starfall in order to pull the entire room. They’re there for several hours and it’s annoying as hell… Is anyone else experiencing this on their realm or is it only Stormrage that’s getting this horrible luck.

I saw a group of hunter boxers yesterday. They helped me get a kill I wanted.
when I do see boxers farming I jump in, lol…theyre obviously wasting time for something worthwhile. Usually get some new mogs anyway.

Multiboxing is not against any rules.
Using software that broadcasts keystrokes to multiple instances is.
Unless they are using that software there is no issue here.

Your going to see them on most servers as there was a YouTube video posted about that location being a prime farming spot for two toons.
Which is absolutely bull, I love how blizzard lets these people get away with it because it allows them to make more money.

I’m still seeing 1 druid multi-boxing with 4 additional druids following close behind as they farm herbs in Bastion. Problem with this is that their 5 man wipes out the herb node so no one else can pick. It’s just unfair to others trying to farm personal matts.

This nonsense has been refuted into a dog pile, lol.
The ban and suspend WAY more bot accounts than boxers could replace and they lose that money.

its called /follow…and its a ToS compliant macro.
Nodes have 10 picks…at least thats whats been said in here 1000 times.
hardly…YOU can box any time you choose to…so there are no victims here.

I actually followed around a group of five druids herbing to see if I could figure out if they were using software. They were each individually picking the herb, so I blew them a kiss and was on my way. Hehe.

It has to be more than five, then. Because the node is 10 picks. I was herbing along with the five man druid group I was following and got the herbs.

I do not believe there is a 10 pick per herb. I’ve been doing it too frequently. My guess would be 4 per herb. And they weren’t on “follow”. I don’t appreciate the attack on my honest assessment of what I am seeing and experiencing. You aren’t there to see what I see.
- Take skinning
- Skin the mobs before they can.
That’s how you win.

Where did this 10 pick come from? I’m really not seeing that. Ya maybe 5. Might it depend on server population and demand? I have noticed if it’s a busier farm the nodes spawn quicker with more frequency.
BfA, I believe, is when that started. In Legion, I think it was 5. In BfA, it went up to 10.
Gathering nodes have a hard limit of 10

Thanks for sharing. What’s weird in really not seeing that. Oh well, not an issue if I get my pick. 
People are getting creative using multiple accounts at once. Had to admire the druid/warrior combo, although it had to be a devil working two toons at once. I don’t have any issues with that. The warrior rode on the druid’s deer form and they harvested. I know he wasn’t using illegal (by bliz’s standards) software, because he got attacked and the warrior did all the fighting, druid stood there like a statue.
What I do have a problem with is the guy that had eight druid reindeer. The main guy lead, and seven others followed exactly what the first one did with about a half second delay. So the first one picked a herb, a half second later, the seven following did the exact same thing at the exact same time. That, imo, is multiboxing. It was hard even counting how many there was because they were all piled on each other so badly.
Us multiboxers didnt magically go away because they banned software. We didnt just disappear because you cried really really hard. We had workarounds from day one. We’re still boxing and still breaking no rules set forth by the only persons that matter…Blizzard.

Seen the same two moonkin druids in that spot and the tab targeting speed they did and some reason on me as well and the insain speed theyd skin the dead mobs and then never moved to skin mobs that id start to keep away from them didnt respond or reply to what I did I dobt think they wrre boxers I think they were farm bots.
it takes ONE pick of a node to despawn it…just takes a few seconds. I know…I videoed it happening for this forum before.
The second way it despawns is being picked ten times.
