Multiboxing

so is multiboxing not allowed anymore? cause im still seeing alot of druids hunters gathering…
like what is the rule for this these accounts are still one shotting and playing as one with one butt click and they click a herb i dont gte it…can anyone tell me?

Just report them if you see it, if it’s a bot it’ll get banned and if it’s an actual player nothing will happen to them.

Really huge problem in the game with druid farming bots right now, worse than BFA

Sounds interesting

Interesting and more than a little frightening. I admit it, I’m intrigued.

I had a multiboxer on the realm which I farm. He had 5-6 “following” druids which were so close to him I couldnt even tag to report. I did report the “lead” druid multiple time and no I dont see him anymore. Not sure if Bllizz did anything or he just moved to a different realm or time to farm. I do see alot of druids on druids group on follow but to me they still have to farm as i do so and it appears this isnt a correct way to farm. No rules on “follow”

If it was just a MB and not a bot, they didn’t go anywhere. Thrall is a large realm so you’re probably in a different shard.

This is on Winterhoof, a much smaller realm than Thrall, but you maybe right about the sharding

Multiboxing is still allowed, however you can no longer use input broadcasting software. If you have a hardware way to multibox, then it is still ok.

The lack of input software will kill alot of the big 40 man multiboxers, but it is still fairly easy to multibox a 5 man group using hardware (just a bit more expensive).

You don’t necessarily need a hardware solution (i.e. More than one computer). I use a 44" 4K monitor without VMs and position 5 windows on it without any issues.

Huh no it’s not. You just make your screens windowed and click through them. No extra hardware needed.

He meant with the same one key 5 actions like the software allowed.
