Or do what I do…go farm on the other side of the zone.
Oddly enough Im seeing boxers more lately and still have no problem getting what Im farming for, lol
I actually did reached that back when it launched (don’t ask how, it’s WoD) when i had 3 licenses per 1 account.
By the time i’m halfway done with the 2 year CD with WoW tokens, i just stopped using multiple accounts (alt tabbing btw, not MBing) and condensed the characters i needed into a single license. (I assume by account, you mean the the entire group of licenses you own, and then some, the whole nine yards essentially.)
or…and god i know this is complicated…you know…you COULD just choose to go play YOUR game and…you know…stop obsessing about how someone else chooses to play theirs.
yeah…I get it…cancel culture rules every aspect of our lives these days.
‘bothering’ ?
no one.
‘upsetting without any valid reason’ ?
read the thread, LMBO
same here.
NEVER been bothered by a boxer. Actually had one let me farm the node first that he was on so Id get it.
Single boxers however…yeah…they love griefing lowbies when Im leveling…killing the same quest givers over and over for a flipping hour.
“muh war gamez” lol.
yeah?
Well in a real war that shoe shine kid CAN kill half a platoon.
Try that in WoW. Aint happening. youre a lowbie and you wont even be able to get a hit in on a high level character let alone actually do any damage.
That AINT how war works, LMBO.
A soldier can train all his life to become the best and still be taken down by some 14 year old kid with a 17cent bullet.
No, wrong again. My best course of action is to talk to as many Blizzard game developers and designers as I can the next time I go to BlizzCon and to use the forums to shine light on the disparate handling of this form of abuse that one segment of the community employs to seek advantage over another; which in any objective person classify as cheating.
dude…just stop, lol
Im pretty objective. I vote both ways, lol
YOU ARENT being objective yourself here. Your emotionalistic arguments about what is fair (thus your ‘abuse’ joke) are obvious.
OBJECTIVELY it AINT cheating if the RULE MAKER says it aint.
In all fairness that rhetoric of “it’s the rule so it’s fine” doesn’t work. There have been a lot of rules/laws in the past in real life that were horribly unethical, didn’t make them right just because they were law.
Still, I don’t see a problem with multiboxing unless it’s used to grief someone. If someone wants to waste all that money, have at it.
Just wish some of the people who argue for MB uses the “if you think paying more then $15 for a video game a month is too much money, then you have money problems that you need to worry about apparently” argument get it.
Edit: Had to clear up that up. Also side note, this argument i seen also ignores the fact that the person is choosing not to spend money and it just boils it down to “you either can afford it or you don’t”.
yeah, dude it does work. Its the RULE and you WiLL abide by it, lol
And I told the other guy…since it blew over your head obviously…see you in 10 years when boxing is alive and well.
Sorry but 'muh goldz notz enuffz" AINT an argument against boxing even if you all think it is LMBO
I’ve recently gained a new found respect for some multi boxers. He who shall remain unnamed, who plays a ton of toons at once, is playing multiples of two different classes. My addon makes a terrible noise when you arrive, and I hate you for it, but I gotta give credit where it’s due. I could never muster up enough focus to be capable of that. Bravo.
I don’t know, i seen twinks at level 98 can do better then a level 110.
Heck, weren’t their videos where there is like a raid team of level 1’s vs a level 60 or something? Or Level 110’s can take down level 120’s? and so on?
player A boxes.
player B doesnt.
Why does player B think he can insert his nose up player A’s rear end all day long and dictate how he has to play his game because because player B apparently isnt that great at the game enough to make what he thinks is enough gold?
What ive noticed about these threads is that there are two CORE issues here
I want to charge more for my mats
I dont want to compete for those mats
Neither of those is an argument against boxing yet those are nearly always the underlying jokes for the boxing hate.
Personally I dont box to farm. I tried it a time or two a long while back, hated it.
This doesnt affect my game as far as farming goes…but I sure do like those low prices in the AH. means I dont have to spend MY game time farming them.
What was i saying is the advice you offered should be applied both ways regardless if one of them is/isn’t making arbitrary amount of gold, or if they choose to pay the extra subs or not.
Player A shouldn’t, by your own words, dictate Player B how to play the game, and same with Player B shouldn’t dictate Player A how to play the game.
I just dont get why they feel the need to scapegoat other players for their own failings.
I dont box when I farm anything…and I make enough gold for myself, my wife and helping out another player or two.
I was literally keeping our little guild supplied with enough gold that they could take out a couple hundred thousand to buy mounts here and there if they wanted.
I dont box farm.
One of these haters sorts need to explain to me why some guy whos only been playing the game for just under three years can figure out how to make scads of gold and these guys cant, lol
