P2W = buying gold through tokens and then buying BIS corruption gear off the AH.
P2W = buying arena titles or mounts or M+ cache.
P2W = buying tokens to buy a longboi
Buying brand new accounts to actually put work into those accounts to make them special is NOT P2W.
