Going to dogpile on this one. If you had actually read the EULA, you would know that third party software is only disallowed when it violates the rules in the EULA.
But you have very clearly never even tried to read the EULA and it shows.
Blizzard said is quite clear it’s okay. The support article linked clarifies the ToU in that matter. The desperation is coming from the botters trying to push a disinformation campaign to distract from their activities and these these threads are proof of it. They keep using the same cut and paste arguments.
It doesn’t really supersede the EULA, it just makes it extra clear because of people like the OP who think they understand the EULA based on their five seconds of Googling.

And before any of you make the argument ‘whelp guess we gotta ban addons if you want that’, I dont seem to recall any addons that specifically allow you emulating another person entirely. And if an ingame addon like that did exist they would likely break the coding for it like they did with shard hopping the way it worked back in Legion
