Multiboxing = Cheating

it wasn’t out of context, because immediately above I had also quoted the full thing. I was highlighting that part. because if you are being “forced” to buy gold, then you are breaking the TOS. if you AREN’T being forced to buy gold, then you are lying.

You seem to not have a proper understanding of how multiboxing works, and how that relates to the topic of SCRIPTING which is expressly forbidden.

I know exactly how it works, I’ve done it in the past (way back in cataclysm) to level a couple toons together.

multiboxing is not botting.

A botter cheats
A multiboxing botter cheats
a multiboxer that isn’t botting isn’t cheating

I did not say that multi-boxing was botting now did I? No. I said that it was scripting. Scripting and Botting are two very different things. They are both bannable offenses however.

OP=Original Poster…

They are not. Blizzard does not consider mulltiboxing cheating, and they do not take action against multiboxers.

unless those multiboxers are botting.

Please pay attention and maybe you’ll be able to keep up.

you do have a choice to pay monthly…and you do have a choice of logging in and playing the game. If you don’t, well…you know the answer. This has been talked about for years and still, multi-boxers are STILL here.

That gold they spend goes directly to token buyers for conveniences and store items. So it’s actually $20 rather than $15, on top of the buyer’s sub, and can occur far more often than 1/month.

That’s a good thing because those people would be driven to the black market otherwise. The only way to realistically stop it would be to shut off trading entirely like Diablo does.

better?

thats a rather nice fantasy world you’ve constructed there. I like the massive conspiracy you got going on, very illuminati-esque, have you tried call of cthulu? Personally, i prefer the warcraft fantasy world when i’m playing wow.

Could you please re-activate your reality center. It seems you have gotten things confused and forgot that Blizzard defines what automation is (as it relates to their games).

You also seem to like lumping all your hate into one pile. The real world doesn’t work that way. Are you quite done with your toddler tantrum?

It would be nice if you refrain from character attacks, good sir, they doesn’t invalidate my point one bit :cowboy_hat_face:

actually makes you look Exactly like what he said.

your “points” needed to be valid in the first place in order to qualify for invalidation.

Doesn’t make multiboxing any less dangerous for in-game economy and overall health of the game though :wink:

If god says it’s not a sin, it’s not a sin. Blizzard’s had almost 16 years to visit holy wrath upon people for multiboxing in WoW, and yet they haven’t. I wonder what that means…

Multiboxing isn’t dangerous or unhealthy.

Botting is what’s actually dangerous to the in-game economy. Botting is what actually has an impact on the overall health of the game.

Multiboxing isn’t even a blip compared to botting.
