I personally think all multiboxers should be instantly permabanned. Sadly, this isn’t a popular opinion.

A multiboxer creates multiple accounts and pays for all of them with the gold that he/she makes. I admire the commitment, probably requires close to a million gold a month just to keep things running. I cannot imagine making that kind of commitment to farm regularly.

Multiboxing is cheating.

Stopped there. It is not up to you do decide how to interpret the ToS - that is up to Blizzard.

I haven’t found anything about Blizzard receiving 20$ from Multiboxers who pay for their time with tokens monthly, but I like this part that I have found.
Q: How is acquiring gold by selling a WoW Token different from buying gold from third-party services?
A: Buying gold from third-party services negatively impacts the game experience for everyone. The overwhelming majority of the gold these services provide comes from stolen player accounts, halting the victims’ ability to play the game and contribute to their guilds. On top of this, gold selling companies often farm resources using hack programs, sell fake product codes as a scam, and spam entire realms with ads to buy gold, disrupting the game in very real ways.

But, you’re welcome to show me where exactly it says there that Blizzard receives 20$ from each Token multiboxers BUY from the AUCTION HOUSE and then use to ADD MONTH OF PLAYTIME. Initial 15$ per account to start the whole thing doesn’t count, obviously.

Multiboxing is very clearly not against the EULA.

Try again when you’ve actually read the EULA instead of parroting some nonsense you read on the forums.

Yep, I knew it. You’re not serious at all.

Someone has to buy the token with real money in order for it to show up on the AH so other people can buy it with gold.

Personally I dislike when I go to an area to farm mats and I see ten druids in flight form chain farming. It sucks.

But as of right now Blizzard says that multiboxing is allowed. So unless Blizzard changes their minds it is legal.

You people need to stop whining about multiboxers and pay more attention to “REAL” problematic cheaters such as griefers, who kill quest NPC’s knowing it gives us legit players a hard time play the game. Multiboxers generally do not do that.

But I am serious.
Good to see you can’t support your argument, nothing new though.

What this has to do with multiboxers? They are not the ones paying for token with real money.

“We do not support multiboxing tools.”
Does that gets more clear than that or what?

I guess the argument being made, quite reasonably, is that now game time and services can be bought with gold farmed in-game, perhaps it’s time the very, very ancient EULA was given another look-over.

Thank you good sir. I’d give you some popcorn but it’s kind of early. May I interest you in some waffles and coffee?

You can’t twist the statement to fit your agenda though. This means there are no means through Blizzard to multibox.

For example Blizzard also does not support a damage meter, bartender, auctioneer. You need to download these addons.

So if you want this, then push for a ban on all addons. See how that works.
