Has any one talked about this? Imo it would greatly reduce alts. Also with majority of things becoming account wide, it would make sense or at least the option to do so. A paid “transfer” service to assimilate your existing alt classes on one character for longtime players? 
i know validated to use class restricted tmog gear across a few classes on 1 character would make for some 
transmogs.
