They could make nodes tap 1 with a 1 second delay till next tap. They would need to be creative to get through 10 quickly. Probably even with a need to hit each on separately, or a delay macro. So 10 second slow down.

Complain all you want, multiboxing isn’t ever going to go away. It’s been around since I was in my mid-twenties and I’m now in my early forties.

I multi-box, won’t ever stop because some random person on WoW forums is trying to bully me into doing so.

It’s a style of gameplay that Blizzard allows and I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of it. I like being able to level my own alts through dungeons that I choose. I like not having to worry about anyone else or how fast or slow they are.

Until you start paying for my subscriptions, you will never dictate how I choose to play.

Botters are the problems. They are the ones online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

I have limited amounts of time for my play sessions.

Be angered all you want by multi-boxers, it’s NEVER going to go away… EVER… EVER… EVER… EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

im not trying to bully you. what you are doing is legit, per the ToS. i am trying to get blizz to change that, and ban the style of play. exploiting systems is what gamers do. you cant be mad at them for doing it, only the devs that allow it.

its NOT an exploit. the game launcher is LITERALLY DESIGNED to multibox…EIGHT WoW accounts PER launcher can be run.

its VERY entertaining…and somewhat laughable…to see these same few posters trying to educate blizzard on their own game in such a way as NOT to present that the masses of players think…but what blizzard HAS to be seeing on their end as far as data gathered on server economies that would EASILY expose if there was a serious problem on high boxer servers as opposed to low boxer count servers.

I bash blizzard a lot. A lot. a whole lot. Ok…probably more than any other poster on this forum and Im sure a list of people around here could confirm how many times theyve told me i bash blizzard too much.
I dont box farm. Dont need to. Tried it. Hated it. I have no real dog in this race personally. Boxing does nothing for my game at this point.
and Im fully agreeing with what blizzard appears to be saying, that boxing ISNT the ‘problem’ these sorts claim it is.

Theyre upset because they got ganked and it just happened to be a boxer who did it.
Theyre bent out of shape because bad boxer ‘stole’ their node.
They got the undies in a bunch because bad boxer undercut them on the AH.

Thats literally all this comes down to.
Theyre like screaming kids at walmart demanding mommy give them the toy off the shelf and going to flail about til they get it.

Pathfinder isnt going away for new content. i hate it but i know blizzard aint listening anymore so Im just making fool of myself to keep railing on about it.

The same applies to boxing. it aint going anywhere BECAUSE it isnt the problem they claim it is…OR bliz would have had to have dealt with it already.

They literally have to decide…play WoW with boxing allowed…or go play something else.
Just like I have to decide if my Pathfinder hate is enough to make me quit or just suck it up and play anyway.

More people started boxing because Blizzard put in a (somewhat) attractive AH mount, slapped a hefty price on it, then told everyone it would be going away. Or, posts that attempted to “devalue” boxing, had the opposite effect; and enticed more solo players to try it out.

more people started boxing because you can farm nodes with 10 toons and pay for those accounts… with the gold you earn. Considering there are people here that brag about it, says enough about the state of the game.

That, in turn, had the effect of peeving off the preschoolers who can’t accept that the playstyle is allowed in WoW (or their little epeens can’t stand being ganked by group of characters - regardless of how many players control them).

So anyone that does’t like getting blown up by 10 boomkins is a preschooler? Yes, blizz allows it, who cares? Blizz has allowed a lot of things that were eventually nerfed or removed.

I’m guessing your AH schemes to gouge indefinitely came to a halt and now you’re peeved that someone else can make gold better than you can. That’s just sad.

Nothing is more ignorant then statements like this. multiboxxers don’t help the economy. It makes it worse. It devalues farming herbs and ore, which is the lifeblood for new players. The very first gold I made in this game 13 years ago was from farming orb and herbs. Now, it’s mass farmed and the prices are so low that the little guys out there can’t earn the gold they need.

It ends up making the rich players richer as it drops the price for the top end while removing gold making opportunities for others.

What’s sad is players like you defending it like you know what you’re talking about. What’s sad is you don’t understand even basic econ and still want to vomit this stuff up over and over.

Lets be real here, multiboxing is not the problem, the problem is 3-rd party software that allows broadcast of keyboard/mous inputs to 30+ minimized clients at once.
That software should be banned(and frankly it should be bannable even udner current tos, as a 3-rd party software that allows automation), as it is banned in other blizzard games, and then problem would be solved instantly. Those who still want to try alt-tabing\using macros to controll their bot-trains are welcome to suffer that hell, but the majority of multiboxers would just die off that exact moment.
