[Mug's Moxie Jug] shown as won item but not appearing in bags

Hello, I was doing a delve, tier 11, Kriegval’s Rest and upon completion, ‘Mug’s Moxie Jug’ popped up in the central item UI when you win an item (it flashes the name of the item, shows the icon, and then disappears after a few seconds). I literally screamed IRL because this is my best in slot trinket and I have been farming it for awhile now, and as soon as I killed Tomb-Raider Drywhisker it popped up. It’s not been sent to me in my mail and isn’t in my inventory.

I have already submitted a ticket and they told me it would help the devs if posted here, so here I am!

Although I do not have proof of the item when it flashed on screen, (I wasn’t thinking in the moment that it would be a bug, I was thinking I had won the item) there is evidence.

How to interpret screenshot:
The most recent loot from the delve is flashing in my bags. There are flashing squares with no items in my bag, just an empty bag slot. Thanks!

Does this contribute anything, or? Why is a regular player replying to my bug report with salt? Is this normal here?

To answer your question, I spent a few seconds looking through my bags as I couldn’t believe that it happened. I don’t know whether it was an exploit, a bug, a hotfix addition, etc., The item art that pops up in the center of your screen is only visible for a few seconds.

In my ticket they confirmed that this exact issue has been happening and told me to post here.

The art popping up was a bug, or you were mistaken. Moxie jug doesnt drop from delves.
