Bwonsamdi doesnt come back the second time to attack Mueh’zala. Boss glitched after that.

Just experienced this as well.
Second Phase totems glitch out and seem to cancel the “channel” on them.
They then despawn for a time, then return but can’t be interacted with.
The third time Shatter Reality is cast, the totems do not spawn - but the Muehzala shades do appear.

Same issue on a PUG. Attempted multiple strats. (split groups and combined). Only clicked one totem per teleport. After third totem is clicked it doesn’t go away even though the purple stuff does. Unclickable after. Fourth totem is unclickable. They despawn and aren’t able to be interacted with after.
Just had the same issue in Heroic for it. Bwonsamdi never comes back to help, and then totems don’t spawn.
Same issue just happened in a heroic dungeon. After we clicked the last two totems and were sent back to the boss platform, Bwomsamdi did not come back to deal his dmg. We kept getting shattered reality and got sent to empty platforms the adds spawned on the opposite side of us.
This 100%… just had a multitude of 10+ minute attempts, it’s redic. wasted my time / loot / etc.
I’m having the same issue, just went through De Other Side twice in a row. Bwonsamdi will spawn for the first two totems but then when you get sent back to the final two after the second Shatter Reality, he doesn’t spawn/do damage.
Same. We did it several times and it did this to us every time.
