Mueh'zala takes way too long on an already tight key

Something seriously needs to be done about this guy. I just narrowly missed a +15 DoS despite going into him with ~4:50sec on the timer. He just takes way too long, does too much damage, and im pretty sure he has a bug where he does massive party wide damage that’s unavoidable. (something involving platforms)

On top of that, there’s no real way to assist someone who might be weak/unable to solo the platform. A tank/healer combo who aren’t elysian DH for example might actually miss it on a high tyrannical, and it just takes way too long for the second attempt. Whoever ends up missing it, the entire group is pissed off and key is p much ruined. No other boss has a punishing solo mechanic like this.

idk this boss just doesn’t feel good to play against and it’s a massive time sink in a place that has a tight timer already.

Just did him on a 13 with < 1m to spare with 6m on the clock at start. I’m pretty sure his platform adds count as boss hp for tyrannical- and they shouldn’t. Me and DH tank couldn’t solo the add. We beat the timer but that’s absurdly long for a bossfight.

It was a 4.5 minute bossfight. Most bosses are 2.5-3 minutes on Tyrannical in my experience. This encounter is significantly “off” what the norm is.

Haven’t done any this week, but I remember that massive party wide damage from 2 weeks ago on tyrannical. The damage went out party wide at the very end when we were back on his platform after killing all the 4 platform adds. Checking the log, the damage was the same damage you take if you leave his platform while he is active (Stellar Cloud). I figured it to be a bug, shame it is still occurring. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Yes! this is what im talking about in OP. It’s absolutely unfair and I’ve had keys ruined because of this.

Also Slythel is right, the adds shouldn’t scale with tyrannical, some tank/healer combos literally can’t kill it in time in tyrannical.

this key received a time extension a few weeks ago.

it was only 2 minutes, in a place that has a lot of running and long bosses. It need probably another minute. Eventually at certain key levels you aren’t going to be able to 1 phase last boss due to the adds scaling with tyrannical, and the timer is tuned to the point where you aren’t gonna time it if you have to 2 phase unless you have 5 minutes on the timer going into last boss, and if youre going into last boss with 5-6mins on timer then you could easily be doing the key 1-2 levels higher.

And many commented / knew that it’s not the timer that is the problem with the dungeon. Sure a bit more times helps, but doesn’t matter how much more time you give it it is not the problem.

the timer is tight, Hakkar is no joke with his shield, broker boss hit like a truck, mueh’zala tank DoT hit stupidly strong for something he do 4 time per phase, and the only reason the Manastorms aren’t getting a lot of feedback is because people can bug them.

It seems to have something to do with immunities. I planned to drop an orb in the back corner on the side he was blasting for safety and I ice blocked. A Stellar Cloud immediately spawned above me when I pressed Block. A few seconds later, another one spawned over our tank. It made us miss an 11.
