I’ve tried Mythic DOS twice now. Both times, Mueh’zala would spawn Stellar Clouds even though all players were on his platform. I’m not sure if it happened prior to wiping the first time, but every attempt after that, the Stellar Clouds would spawn.
This isn’t the intended behavior according to the dungeon journal.
Had the same issue on Heroic actually. Not sure if it happened the first time, but after the first wipe, it seemed that two Stellar Clouds would spawn when everyone was on the platform.
I figured out the issue. It’s from a pally bubbling the AOE moves that bugs out the fight.
Can confirm, we followed Jaimee’s advice with our Pally Healer and we did not get Stellar Cloud on our platform and killed the boss.
Just a heads up and bump on this… that unfortunately, this bug is still a thing as it stands today. Mythic 0 lockout is stuck with a bugged Mueh’zala (only one I needed… lol) and we ran with 3 pallies… so more than likely the common denominator that everyone else noticed is the cause.
This is still an issue. Wiped our group and kept us from timing our +10.
wow, thanks… could not figure out why this kept happening to my group… so it was apparently me that ruined our +10 key timer? cool

It happened to me again yesterday in a +9. The group had the awareness to get way away from the orb luckily, please look into this.
Just ran a key. This bug is still happening. Pretty much made us miss our timer.
This bug is still happening. We couldn’t even finish our +11 because the cloud kept spawning and wiping us.
Same for us, made our +9 quite the crazy romp cause our pally tank bubbled and all of sudden SPLAT!. Took us a couple wipes to figure out the cause.
This has also happened to our group several times now as well.
How has this not been addressed yet?
I thought this was a regular mechanic I see it so much.
Update: Still happening just happened on my +9 tyrannical key.
Just happened again in an 11 immediately after ice blocking.
Just missed out on timing a +15 key because of this. BLIZZARD, please fix this ASAP! Absolutely crazy that the expansion has been for a month and this wipe mechanic is popping up so much.
Broke a key because of this today. Please fix this.
Same issue. Several wipes related stellar cloud bug. Come on Blizz, lets get this fixed. Should not be wiping on an 8 due to stellar cloud.
