Yes. WFB, SS, and kill shot are considered ranged, not sure about kill command. I had a range-proc trinket for a bit last season.
Got the ranges trinket from streets and tested and sure enough it works. Looks like it even procs off kill command so not too bad.
Is it the mailemental? I had it for quite a bit last season and it’s the reason I had an answer from experience for you.
