The “A wrench in the works” MS quest isn’t progressing when talking to the highlighted npcs and clicking on thier quest dialog.
ive tried abandoning, zoning, /reloading, and repairing the game with no progression going forward. legitimately hardlocked in progression with this bugged.
EDIT: If this happens to anyone else, make sure you’re not in a party or raid. It will lock the quest progression.
