Mrrl stealth nerf, rip Crimson tide stallion

So I checked Mrrl 10 mins ago. He had crimson tide stallion. I went and got the materials. Came back and Mrrl was missing. A short time later he reappears without the mount on his loot table any longer, replaced by something else.

Blizzard disabled MRRL to change his loot and then renabled. Thats pretty awful. I was legit about to buy the mount when the swap came in. That’s just poor.

I don’t understand the reasoning. Did they just not want it to be available yet?

I dont know. Everybody had the mount up. Then a few mins later MRRL was disabled and renabled a bit later without the mount on him.

Can I have 1k gold I spent on all the mats I was buying that are now going to expire because you swapped it out?

I just had this happen, literally bought my last mat and disconnected from the server. Now the tidestallion won’t appear anymore. Why change it?

I just bought all the stuff I needed for it too. I’m about ready to hotfix myself out of this expansion

I have the items in my bag and was waiting for last few hours for taco dude to spawn and then people said blizz pulled a douche canoe move and did this so we all left. I want my time back my gold back and I want the mount.

So we’re getting a refund for the gold spent on the items right? Or does Blizzard expect us to just accept it as a loss?

Hell, I was surprised there was a Nazjatar emissary on Tuesday I thought it was way too soon for that.

But then I bet we don’t see the next one for three plus weeks.

It just feels like they did this because it was too soon for people to get a mount. I am always left feeling screwed by this company over and over. At least give me my gold back on this since I spent my time farming that stupid fin up only to have my ability to get the mount stripped from me.

Yeah kind of sucks. Saw the mount, bought the mats, even found a group for the taco. Then now the mount is gone. Sadness! :cry:

I’m excited to see what kind of damage control they’ll use to justify this if they don’t refund people their gold.

The issue is that some people already have the mount because it’s been live since the daily reset. All this does is create haves and have-nots, unless Blizzard intends to snatch the mount away from everyone who has it.

We’ve addressed this with the (whatever) department and they confirm it is working as intended and that his daily inventory staying in place all day on the PTR was a bug. Don’t delay when news gets out that Mrrl is selling the Crimson Tidestallion because he won’t for very long!"
