In TBC anniversary, the tooltip shows that my mP5 have 2 different values, 1 for while in combat and 1 for when I haven’t casted for 5 seconds. If I run my mana completely empty on my 70 IDS Priest and stop casting, the value never changes to the higher value after 5 seconds of not casting, the mana only regenerates at the “im casting” value.
