Is there a recommended addon or utility to allow me to move the social button on the left side of my screen to somewhere else? With the changes to the raid information popout tends to overlap and cause issues with the social button to not work as it should.
Ui and macro would be best place to ask.
It’s attached to the chat box. If you move or resize the chat box using the built in UI edit, it moves.
At one time, there was an amazing addon called MoveAnything. It was abandoned, but I just noticed that another person has created another MoveAnything - Caynn Branch that is up to date and was supposedly built off of the original. I haven’t used the new one, but you might want to look into it.

Edit Mode Expanded will move all the chat box buttons.
