As far back as I can remember, both my character and currently selected player/NPC/enemy frames have been in the upper left of the screen. I was able to move those frames for the first character I loaded with the new UI, but have only been able to move the character frame for subsequent characters, the other one remains fixed in the mid-low right of the screen. How do I move it?
Edit Mode > Target and Focus - check the box.

Thanks, I just had a ‘doh’ moment when I realized what I was forgetting
One thing I noticed is that this option is disabled in Exile’s Reach, even as a veteran player doing it on an alt.
If you want to save the configuration on alts, then you can use Edit Mode → Layout and save a custom profile. You can go into Edit Mode on your alt and select the custom profile, which will move everything to where it is on the character you used to save the custom profile.
