Is there a way to “blacklist” or avoid using a mouseover on player models themselves, and only be able to use it on the “player frame”. Numerous times have i accidentally hovered over a character model only to be popped out of moonkin form instead of continuously dpsing what’s in front of me. Thanks!
There isn’t a way to exclude player models from mouseover macros, but you can do with with addons for click casting like Clique or Vuhdoh.
you can exclude player models with clique? I see “blacklist” options but that’s only for unit frames , yes?
I haven’t used clique myself in years, but I think it just does frames by default. (You can use its hovercasting to make it work on 3D models out in the world.)
Pretty sure Clique only works with Frames.
