Only the first cast on the mouseover target gets cast, then it just ‘activates’ the spell and wait’s for you to click a target.
If Auto self cast is on, it casts the first cast on the mouseover target, then casts the successive casts onto yourself.
This was tried with healing spells as a priest.
I can’t even get it to work. I press the button and the spell lights up with a yellow outline and it just stays. No cast. Nothing. I let go of the button and it casts. I’ve tried it on multiple characters with both offensive and defensive skills and all sorts of combos of mouseover off, mouseover on, self cast off, etc. Nothing. It just feels like the feature doesn’t work.
Same here, I cannot get this to work.
The mouse-over casting works for me, but the Press and Hold Casting doesn’t work. As a healer, I was super looking forward to this feature to reduce wrist strain. Please fix this!
I’ve noticed it doesn’t work properly with high levels of haste as Ele Sham. Just randomly stops casting at points even though I’m still holding Lightning Bolt/Chain Lightning down.
It works on my Druid, but on my Priest and on my Mistweaver it does not. Kind of frustrating that it works in one spot, but not the others. I’ve changed the options and reloaded the UI a couple times to see if that helps. Even changed the options to needing a key for it to work. Didn’t fix anything, still didn’t recognize holding shift for it either.
