I’m not sure what to label this as, but I’ve seen two weird mouse bugs where the game is thinking I’m pressing left click, or when completely stationary or I’m AFK my cursor will wiggle in game.
I have moved my cursor off of the game window to test in other windows, and have had no issues outside of the WoW client. I have also tried turning off/unplugging my mouse while in the WoW client and the problem persists.
Edit: This is happening through the entire client, I logged out and tried to log back in, hovering over the “cancel” for retrieving realm/character lists and the issue still happened immediately after a scan and repair.
