It’s not just you, I’ve been having the same issue after enabling rawMouseInput. Did you find a fix?

I’ve had the same issue since launch, disabling rawMouseInput didn’t change it as mentioned above. Does anyone know how to 100% reproduce this? Sometimes my mouse wheel actions will continue to trigger after I’ve been holding down right click for quite a while, other times they stop triggering very early in a fight.
Curious my mouse scroll stopped registering actions for some reason and I can’t seem to fix it i wonder of this is similar to the issues you guys are having?

This just happened to me for the first time, ever since launch i’ve had no issues playing as a warrior with no actionbar addons. I use scroll up for Charge, shift scroll up for Intercept… but now that i’ve installed Domino’s, i’ve tried to re-setup my ui with the same keybindings i had etc except the mousewheel doesn’t register the action at all. m4, Shift m4, m5, and shift m5 work fine but not scroll up, scroll down, shift scroll up, or shift scroll down on ANY actionbar with ANY spell. Im aware stances change your actionbar etc but it doesnt matter what actionbar you use for the spell, the mousewheel keybind doesn’t read it. I even disabled domino’s, reloaded ui, closed out of wow and re-opened with no addons and now the mousewheel still wont read even with NO ADDONS. what the hell happened ???
