I’m also having this issue, however I’m not getting it in Retail, I’m only getting it in Classic

I was having this problem as well, and although I have not experienced it in more than a week or so, the only solution I tried, which did not work. was the suggestion of enabling admin rights for wow.exe. When I went to go disable the admin rights and revert it to its normal state, I recalled there are monitor settings that may, or may not, have anything to do with this. I figure it can’t hurt to give it a shot if you’re still having ongoing problems.
I tried to include a link with pictures of the menus and was blocked from adding links to this post. The menu lives under the applicable app’s compatibility menu under properties. You’ll find resolution, scaling, and DPI settings in there.

This bug has been fixed in the latest build for Shadowlands (Retail), so it should no longer occur.
The fix will be pushed out to Wrath / Classic Era soon.

Thank you so much for keeping folks posted and for keeping on top of this issue! It feels good when there is a sense of communication/humanity from the representatives. I’ve said it before, but, Blizz is starting to look a little better from my (a customer’s) perspective.
I hope this resolves things for everyone.
Give my best to all the bug-fixers in the company who were involved.
