Mouse question

This only happens when playing wow. When the stoves use a spark to light fire. It does one of the three things. Sometimes all at once.

  1. Mouse stops working. Have to plug and unplug
  2. The screen starts to flicker very badly
  3. Disconnects me from wow.

This is a new event. It happens a little after patch 8.2.5.

Hey, Ronjob! This sounds a bit like there’s power issues based on the behavior.

Could you try unplugging all other peripherals, except for the essential monitor, mouse and keyboard? Please make sure the KB/M are using USB 3.0 or 3.1 (should be blue). Let’s also check that the power settings are set to high performance. It may also help to try the AMD Balanced Power plan.

Hi done that. I found out the core was going bad. Thank you.

Sorry to hear about that! Glad the issue was found and hopefully, there’s a workaround or resolution available. Thanks for the update, Ronjob!
