As soon as I launch WoW, my mouse cursors moves on its own to the top left corner of the screen as if there was a magnet there. It’s almost impossible to click on anything. When in-game the camera spins around my character.
- I restarted my computer
- Reinstalled WoW
- Disabled Addons
- Disabled my second screen
- Unplugged my mouse / keyboard
- Repaired WoW
- Typed /console rawMouseEnable 1 or 0
- Reinstalled my mouse drivers
- It’s only in WoW
- I don’t have that problem in Classic
- The problem momentarily stop during loading but occurs on the login screen and in-game
I don’t know what to do any more, I feel like I tried everything.
Any one had this problem or has any idea what to do?
Thank you for your time
Hey there Villanelle,
Quick question, do you by chance have a controller plugged in? If so, unplug it and see if you still have the same issue.
If this does not help, please get back to us with a DXdiag and the model of your mouse.
DxDiag instructions (click to expand)
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and then press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file something you can remember and click Save.
To add it to your reply here:
- Open the text file and copy all of the text.
- Paste the text in your reply.
- Highlight all of the text and click </> on the post editor.
Note: If your DxDiag does not fit in one message, you can break it up into two posts, or post it on Pastebin and provide the numbers/letters after the .com in your reply.
Hope to hear from you soon.
