I’m getting a deadspot on my screen, which is something I’ve had before but after some troubleshooting I have found its not being caused by an addon. using framestack the invisible window is called “keyboardmouseconfirmbutton” and I haven’t found any way to move or get rid of it and it is incredibly annoying
Do you have any overlays enabled? - mouse, discord, graphics card… etc.
nope, its def coming from wow as it shows up as a frame with framestack
That sounds like an addon, not something from the client. None of the base UI elements are causing deadzones.
Did you disable addons or remove the folder? Disabling does nothing.

disabled all, which does remove them as it removes all the addon related ui but not the one frame that is causing issues, ive had this happen before and disabling the addon causing it does remove it, but its not related to an addon this time
Disabling does not remove the settings for the addons and those can still load, causing your issue. The only way to be sure is to do a full UI reset back to the original game settings and see if the issue persists without having any addons or their settings in the game files at all.
