Mouse cursor sensitivity really high

For some reason when I am in the Warbands screen and even in-game my mouse sensitivity is wayyy higher than it should be. I haven’t changed anything on my mouse, and it works fine in other games, and worked fine before the patch.

Found a solution that seems to work from a different post.

In config.wtf there are a couple of settings. Set them to 0 should put your mouse dpi back to normal. Worked for me

SET mouseSpeed "0"

SET enableMouseSpeed "0"

I was experiencing the same issue while the game was my active program.

Solution -

  • Press <Esc.>
  • select “Options”
  • while in the settings under “Gameplay” > “Controls” (opened by default)
  • scroll down to the “Mouse” setting
  • uncheck “Enable Mouse Sensitivity” or adjust the corresponding slider as desired.

Thanks for this!
I was trying to fix it by resetting all my mouse software settings and downloading new drivers, only to realize it’s some setting in wow that shouldn’t be on by default -.-
