-----copied from my post in [Yikes, aggressive Mouse Cursor snapping bug is back] ------ As i don’t have this problem some mice do have a sliding switch that lets you change the DPI or Hz. my mouse is a E-Blue Gaming Mouse goes from 125Hz to 1000Hz. the slider on your mouse might be in DPI (if it has one) try increasing it and see if it goes away or (this is added to this post) some mice come with a driver disc that lets you change mouse options EG… lights ----- hot key buttons ---- etc try to disable the overlay (might need to uninstall the drivers and let windows find a driver for the mouse)
I can’t believe this hasnt been fixed I can’t even play becouse of it I’m gonna have to cancel my subscription not paying if I can’t play this really stinks !!

My wife and I are both getting this issue, me with a Razer Deathadder Essential and her with a Logitech G403. Found the old posts with fixes for this and not working atm.
Hope this gets resolved quickly, She ends up losing her target in raids and is one of our tanks, so this sucks.
Popping in to post here again, while it does have dry spells then when it rains it pours it has been happening very aggressively here for the last couple of days. Oddly enough snapping seems to have shifted from center, to about halfway down center on the Y axis, as far as the location to where the cursor snaps.

I, too, will pop in to wonder when this is going to be fixed.
Logitech G502 (wired) here and play Fullscreen (Windowed) on a dual-montior. Like others, I’ve been experiencing this since the patch hit. Some days it occurs more than others with approximately the same amount of play time/routine. Always when you need your mouse to be in a specific location, executing a specific task, of course!
Really hope Blizzard at least acknowledges that they are looking into this soon. It happens way too often to go ignored, as its been!

I’ve never noticed where it actually is, but I have noticed a few times it will NOT be where it should be and has messed me up on more than one occasion

Still happening, Razer Deathadder Chroma. Very annoying as a healer! Please fix.
I had this issue in BFA also and stop playing, was on windows with Naga,Deathadder and g403.
now on using linux, i thing it started again on 9.2, using linux. Logitech G600
Still happening, can we get some attention on this bug please? It makes playing a healer unbearable.

thought it was my mouse at first, but happens even when i swap out to another. corsair and logitech.
same with Logitech G600, i aslo notice this happen when you do fast clicks in multiple sides of the screen in a short time, this is a big problem when you need click for healing in raids

Just FYI, there is a thread going in the Tech Supt forum as well, some Blue responses/suggestions there. Still being looked into though as of 22 hrs ago.

We have the same Problem in EU. When the Bug is not been fixed, we have a big Problem with tanking
Same problem here since 9.2, thought I was losing my mind for awhile. As an old-school pointer & clicker for most of my abilities, it sure can throw you mid-fight!

I am having a problem with this as well. Not helpful when you are a mythic raid healer.

Still not fixed. Is Blizz a small indie company that can’t afford real devs? Is their entire QA team working from home watching anime instead of working? what gives?
