Mouse control not working correctly in TWW

In TWW, mouse click events, when used in conjunction with movement, are not working correctly for me. For example, I will be on my druid in “old” flight mode in Stormwind. If I am pressing W+E and turning with my mouse while holding right click, there is a 50/50 chance that my character will actually turn. If I am using auto-run combined with holding right click, the same will happen. Pressing and holding both mouse buttons often leads to stuttered movement.

This is only occurring in TWW. I’ve taken another druid to the same spot in Stormwind (not unique to this spot, but as a control) on Cata classic and tried to reproduce the issue with no success. I’ve also gone and tried other mouse and keyboard-heavy games and everything seem to work fine there. Furthermore, I’ve tried this over multiple sessions, reloaded the UI, disabled recount (my only add-on), and none of those have had an impact.

It is almost like the mouse input is being interupted, but only while playing TWW.

Start with do you have the current mouse drivers installed?

You are not using a click macro?

They removed the ability to string macros, or call one macro from another.

Everything is current on my mouse. I’ve tried different ports, etc.

This is isolated to TWW only, which is very weird. If it were a driver or some other issue, I’d expect to see it elsewhere.

I’ve seen weird issues with wow that updating the driver has fixed. They used to be a mouse issue where you would spin around in circles. And it was a driver issue and it only affected wow
