Mouse Auto-aim(?)

So after the reset I noticed that my mouse “sticks” to targets almost like there is auto-aim on. I have disabled all addons and still experience this issue. I have set rawMouseEnable to 0 to fix another issue but this one still persists. It isn’t game breaking but is kind of annoying. Anyone else getting this?

I am experiencing this identical issue after the patch as well. I tried all of the steps outlined in the support page found here https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/000014597, but have had no luck fixing it. It’s been relatively impactful to me, as its making it almost impossible to multi-dot with the mouse constantly getting “caught” when clicking on additional targets.

Having the same issue, but it does not happen every time. maybe 1 time out of 20. Have to try over and over to reproduce the issue, but it is VERY obvious when it happens. Mouse cursor just “vibrates” over the target despite me trying to move it slowly away. Then it suddenly “pops” off and is fine again. What is going on here.

I’ve found a way to reproduce it a decent percentage of the time, it seems to occur more frequently when you quickly click (one time, but it’s not held down) while moving your mouse, and continue the mouse movement (in the same direction).

Edit: slower, but consistant, mouse movement, and a target also seem to increase how reproducible this bug is. IE: if you’re targeting a mob vs just clicking randomly.

Theres a bigger forum post with blue replies in it for this and the camera fix, however the soft fix, at least for targetting mobs, would be to tab target, wouldnt fix it locking on when you loot things though lol.

I too am experiencing a “sticky” mouse after maintenance, which I can replicate 100%. I use arrow keys for character movement and everytime I use the arrow keys to move, the mouse “sticks” and moves the camera as if I am holding down the left mouse button.

I noticed this also. I just thought my mouse was dying.

Same here. Each use of right click comes with the potential that I won’t be able to move my mouse for anywhere between 1-3 seconds.

If it was easily repeatable I could adjust, but the random nature drives me insane.

It’s most noticable doing stuff like Shell Game, where you’ll uncover a shell and find your mouse won’t move for a bit after clicking.

To really age me, it feels like the old days when you’d get dirt stuck on the ball of your mouse and it just wouldn’t roll in certain directions.

I am also having this issue.

Completely unplayable like this!
